I am an old man, probably older than most at 96, but that is not enough to deter my interest in using computers after experience of about sixteen years. The big problem is that people like myself and many others, find the computer does not always respond in the manner we would wish and that very often is the the beginning of an unfavourable computer relationship with the user. There is a need to calm the storm and from my numerous experiences, I have found Layne has the gentle touch to restore the goodwill between myself and the troublemaker, for a most reasonable charge.
